Description

Art therapy is nothing new. Artmaking has been used for millennia to seek, shape, remember, and share understanding of our environment, our communities, and ourselves.

Art therapy honours non-verbal forms of personal narrative, through pictures and image making and can include other mediums like sound or movement for self-expression or relaxation.

Each session will be guided by you and how you would like to use this time.
